Where can a Gymshark gift card be purchased and redeemed?
Gymshark gift cards are currently only available for purchase in the United States, and can only be redeemed for orders shipped to an address in the United States.
How can I order a card for myself or as a gift?
Individual digital and physical gift cards are available for purchase here.
When can I/my gift recipient expect my digital gift card order?
Digital gift cards are sent via email almost immediately.
When can I/my gift recipient expect my physical gift card order?
Physical gift cards are sent via USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2-4 Day or UPS Next Day. Based on the delivery method chosen by the purchaser, the gift card(s) should arrive within 2-10 business days.
How do I redeem my Gymshark gift card?
Gymshark gift cards can be redeemed in the United States only for authorized products at www.gymshark.com or from the Gymshark app with the US as the browsing country by entering your gift card information at checkout.
What if I have a question about redeeming a gift card?

Does a TGCM GMSK Issued Gymshark gift card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees?
TGCM GMSK Issued Gymshark gift cards do not expire or incur any fees.

As a corporate gift card buyer, do I have to agree to any terms and conditions?
All corporate gift card buyers purchasing through the TotusDirect bulk ordering platform must agree to the TotusDirect Terms and Conditions.

How can I place a bulk order for Gymshark gift cards?

What is TotusDirect?
TGCM GMSK, LLC (Totus) is the issuer of Gymshark gift cards. TotusDirect is the official bulk gift card ordering platform for Gymshark.
I'm not a business, but I'd like to buy in bulk. Can I still order through the TotusDirect bulk ordering platform?
Only registered businesses and organizations with a Federal Tax ID can order through the TotusDirect bulk ordering platform. If you are an individual consumer or do not have a Tax ID, please order through our [insert 1P link, if applicable].
Can I use Gymshark's trademarked brand assets in my promotional materials?
Marketing materials that use Gymshark’s logos, brand names, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, or other intellectual property depicting the Brand must be submitted to Totus for review and written approval. Materials can be submitted to operations@tot.us and we’ll review them within five business days.
Do you have an API option for corporate ordering?

Can I buy the Gymshark and other products in bulk through the TotusDirect bulk ordering platform?

PLACING AN ORDER
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We require a minimum order of $1,000 and 4 cards. For orders less than that, please purchase through our standard consumer site [insert 1P link, if applicable].
Do you offer volume discounts?

What denominations are available?
Gymshark gift cards can be activated for any whole dollar amount from $25 to $1,000.
Do you offer both physical and digital gift cards in bulk?
Yes, Gymshark bulk gift cards are available as both physical and digital gift cards.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept ACH, Wire, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee.
How will the gift cards be delivered?
Physical gift cards can be delivered directly to each recipient (“direct delivery”) or in bulk to one address. Shipping prices vary by delivery type. Digital gift cards can be delivered directly to each recipient's inbox or downloaded in bulk as a file of gift card links.
When will I receive my gift cards?
Once payment has been received and processed, receipt of your physical gift card order will depend on the shipping method chosen. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Please note, it takes 1-2 business days to process physical orders before they're shipped.
In most cases, digital gift card orders are sent to recipients or available for download within 4-6 hours of purchase.

Do I need to do anything when the gift cards arrive?
No, gift cards arrive pre-activated.
Can I edit my bulk gift card order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders quickly, it may be difficult to change an order once it has been placed. Please email service@tot.us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
